AECA Leasing Documents All homeowners of the Avondale Estates Condominium (AECA) are responsible for reporting the occupancy of each their unit(s). The AECA needs the information to know whom to contact concerning any events that could present harm to your property, to report accurately to the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) the percent of rentals within the property to qualify for new buyers and to ensure that all residents are familiar with the Declaration, Bylaws and the policies of the Condominium. Please login to the Management portal and notify Heritage of each signed lease. The leasing management contract with Heritage is here. Leasing Management Fee in 2025 is $250 per year. Units can only lease in one-year intervals; turnover of greater frequency is not allowed.

2026 AECA Board Meeting Dates All Condo community members are invited to attend the AECA Board meetings. You are encouraged to attend the meetings and get involved in committees and possibly serve on the Board.The  2026 schedule is here.

Architectural Standards The Architectural Standards are posted to the Documents page. You must contact the Arhitectural Standards Committee for approval to install new storm doors, windows, patio enclosures, patio screening etc.  All exterior improvements must be pre-approved. If yours is not approved, you may have to pay more to restore the property. Email the committee at:Architecture@AvondaleEstatesCondos.com

Reminders:

  • Please keep your front door light on at night to deter crime.
  • Neighborhood Crime Watch: if you something suspicious call 911.
  • Keep your trash in your garbage can in the garbage areas. Please don't share your trash with the rest of us.
  • Scoop after your dog so your neighbors will love you and the dog.
  • Recycling is on Wednesdays.
